TopSteel PVC Decorations Dropping Machine TS-012C, is used to produce all of the decorations for products PVC,for example, various cartoon decorations on backpacks, shoes, clothes, etc.
This machine is composed of 5 parts: a plastic drip control handle, a screw control system, a mold placement platform, 12 paint tanks, and 12 drip plastic injection heads. The working principle is to use the handle to control the color and quantity of the screw rod and the pigment, complete the pigment filling work of different dripping patterns, and then dry it in the oven to form. This machine adopts an independent twelve-color control system and a closed feeding system, which is safer and more convenient. The circlip type working panel makes mold changing simple and convenient. At the same time, we use imported solenoid valves to ensure more precise management and flow control.
