China's Total Im/Export Value Has Increased Significantly

According to the latest customs data, in the first five months of 2021, my country’s total import and export value was RMB 14.76 trillion, a year-on-year increase of 28.2% and a year-on-year increase of 21.6%. Monthly imports and exports maintained a positive growth momentum for one consecutive year. In May, my country’s total import and export value was 3.14 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 26.9%. In the first five months, the export of mechanical and electrical products and labor-intensive products both increased rapidly.

With the recovery of the global economy, the trade demand of various countries has increased greatly. The continuous flow of a large number of goods from China to overseas indicates that China's production capacity is particularly strong. In the global industrial chain, China's manufacturing industry bears important responsibilities.
