Insole and integral sole

1. Insole: The insole can also be regarded as a form of bag midsole. The difference from the bag midsole is that the insole structure is the bottom wrapped in the outsole of the shoe. For example, FORCE1, even if it is an insole structure, Unlike the overall rubber outsole as seen from the outside, in fact, the inner side of the rubber outsole is covered with a midsole. This kind of midsole is also called an MD midsole, which is a type of EVA primary foaming.

2. Integral sole:

(1) The most common type of integral sole is EVA one-time foaming molding sole. This kind of sole is low cost and has poor slip resistance. After the sole is wet, it is like wearing roller skates. REEBOK's 3D sole is the best "spokesperson" for this EVA one-time foamed sole.

(2) PU overall sole: ADI and NIKE do not use this kind of sole very often. PU sole is a low-temperature forming sole. The characteristic of the PU bottom is that it is light, but it is not suitable for getting wet. After encountering water, a chemical reaction will occur, and it will be corroded layer by layer.

(3) Pure rubber soles: Pure rubber soles are mostly used for outdoor hiking shoes, or work shoes, electrician shoes. The entire sole is completely made of rubber, which has the advantage of being wear-resistant and non-slip, but the disadvantage is that it is too heavy. CAT work shoes generally use this sole, also called insulating sole.
